How to return in 3 steps
- Email info@atellya.com with your order number. We approve valid return requests quickly, with no long forms or questions.
- We email you a return authorization and a printable return label (prepaid when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong).
- Pack the kit, attach the label and drop it off at the carrier. Your refund is issued as soon as we receive and process the return.
Bought on Amazon?
Amazon orders are returned the same easy way: go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, choose Return or Replace Items, and follow the steps. Amazon’s return policy applies.
Good to know
For hygiene and safety, items that have already been colored, painted, worn or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. If a kit is missing a part or something arrived damaged, tell us right away and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
